Five acres of industrial land with a building support our local shop and storage operation. Space is available for modular buildings and containers, subject to current availability and access requirements.
St. Clair County Airport industrial park
An additional five acres are located in the industrial park at St. Clair County Airport. Contact our office to discuss the right location and space for your buildings or containers.
Storage pricing, site access, placement and availability are confirmed with the office. Please arrange a visit before bringing equipment to either location.

Joe’s Transporting is hiring dependable CDL Class A drivers to transport office trailers, modular buildings and containers. Bring your experience and build your skills with our team.
Competitive hourly pay. Plenty of opportunity.
We’re based in the Port Huron and Kimball area and handle local and interstate moves.
- $20–$35 per hour based on experience, skills and responsibilities.
- Opportunities for driving, hands-on labor or a combination of both.
- Drivers average approximately 60 hours per week, depending on workload and applicable hours-of-service limits.
- Meals and hotels paid when overnight travel is required.
- Valid CDL Class A and current medical certificate required.

Include the pickup and delivery addresses, unit dimensions, number of units, unit numbers if available, requested dates and site contact. Photos and service paperwork help us understand the job.
Can you handle setup or knockdown along with the move?
Yes. Ask about block and level, anchors, steps, skirting and teardown when requesting your quote. The scope of work is confirmed for each job.
Do you move buildings and containers outside Michigan?
Yes. We handle interstate moves across the Midwest, South and East. Availability and routing depend on the equipment, locations and requested schedule.
Can you store a building or container between projects?
Ask our office about storage at our industrial properties. We review unit size, space, site access, duration and placement requirements before confirming availability and pricing.
How do I book a move?
Call or send a quote request. Our office confirms the scope, price and availability before scheduling. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a truck or confirm a move date.
